Privacy-first static build
The calculators run in your browser. This production package does not intentionally send the values you type into calculator fields to the site operator and does not require an account, contact form, or uploaded laboratory report.
Hosting and security logs
The hosting/network provider may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamps, security signals and diagnostic information to deliver, secure and operate the site. The exact handling and retention of infrastructure logs depends on the hosting provider and its applicable terms.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
No analytics, advertising, personalization or affiliate-tracking cookies are enabled in this supplied build. If analytics, advertising, embedded third-party content, consent-requiring storage, or other tracking is added later, the privacy notice and any legally required consent controls must be updated before that feature goes live.
Shareable planner URLs
If you use the Share feature, selected planner inputs may be placed in the page URL so the result can be reproduced. Do not put confidential or personally identifying information into calculator fields or shared URLs. The current planner fields are intended for household and water-system values, not names, addresses, medical information or account numbers.
Outbound links
Following a third-party link takes you to another site, whose privacy practices apply. Affiliate links, if enabled later, may use the merchant or affiliate network’s tracking after you click.
Children
This service is directed to a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
Because this build does not include an account, contact form or operator analytics database, there is no site account profile to access or delete. Requests concerning operator-controlled privacy data, if any functionality is added later, can be sent to legal@wholehousewaterplanner.com.
Changes
This notice must be revised if site functionality, hosting, analytics, advertising, forms, embeds or data handling materially changes. Effective September 12, 2026.
